We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from My Kini & Me, but if for some reason you are not, we offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We’ll accept the return within 14 days of shipment. At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, but as soon as we receive the returned item, your STORE CREDIT will be issued and you can place a new order. Keep in mind that we do not refund the shipping cost for the order.
All sale items that are FINAL SALE or PROMOTIONAL SALES are not accepted for return.
RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
-Apparel/Swimwear must not be worn, washed or damaged.
-Original tags and hygienic liners are still attached.
-Any worn, washed or damaged apparel/swimwear will be returned to customer and no credit will be issued.
WHEN READY TO RETURN:
-Neatly package the item(s) with the packing slip inside and ship from a US Post Office near you. Shipping cost are at customers expense.
